Responsible Gaming at aqq9
We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience. Your well-being always comes first.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At aqq9, we firmly believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — never a way to solve financial problems or escape stress. We have built a platform that gives every player in Bangladesh the tools they need to stay in control of their gaming activity at all times.
Responsible gaming is more than a policy — it is a core value embedded into every layer of the aqq9 experience. From transparent odds and fair RNG-certified games to instant deposit limit controls and voluntary self-exclusion, we have designed every feature with player welfare at its heart. We encourage all players to set a personal budget before every session, play within their means, and treat any winnings as a bonus — not a guaranteed income.
aqq9 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We do not permit anyone under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or place any wager on our platform. By using aqq9, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement under Bangladesh law.
Gambling can be addictive. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your daily life, relationships, or finances, please use our self-exclusion tools or contact our support team immediately. Help is always available.

Self-Exclusion
For serious concerns, request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from aqq9. This closes your account and prevents re-registration for the elected period. Contact support to activate this option.
Reality Check Reminders
Enable periodic pop-up reminders that show how long you have been playing and your net win or loss for the session. This tool helps you stay grounded and make conscious decisions.
Recognizing the Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of age, income, or experience. Knowing the early warning signs is the first step toward getting help. At aqq9 we want every player in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh to feel safe and supported.
Warning signs include: spending more than you can afford to lose; borrowing money to gamble; gambling to chase previous losses; neglecting work, family, or personal responsibilities due to gambling; feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling; and hiding your gambling activity from friends or family.
If you recognize any of these patterns in yourself or someone you know, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our support team is available 24/7 and is ready to help guide you toward the right resources, including confidential advice and voluntary self-exclusion options.
aqq9's Ongoing Commitment to Player Safety
aqq9 continuously invests in player protection technology and staff training. Our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption, and our platform undergoes regular independent audits to verify the integrity of our systems. We have zero tolerance for any manipulation or exploitation of vulnerable players.
We also implement strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to prevent underage gambling and money laundering. During major events like the BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup, when betting volumes naturally increase, our responsible gaming team increases monitoring frequency to ensure no player is in distress. Your safety is not a checkbox — it is a continuous, living commitment at aqq9.
